When is the deadline for a Federation to apply to the 2013 CFCNCA?

How many members must a Federation have to apply to the Campaign?

A Federation must have at least 15 or more member charities to apply to the CFCNCA as a Federation.

How does a Federation apply to the 2013 Campaign?

  1. Use eApply to complete a Federation application online.
  2. Collect required information from all charity members. Federation members must send their information to you by your set deadline, so you can submit all charity member information as a package to CFCNCA.
  3. Enter all requested data for your Federation and charity members on the 2013 CFCNCA Local Federation Application Spreadsheet. For both efficiency and effectiveness, please use this document without modifications or edits. This enables us to capture data quickly for submission to OPM for verification as well as expedite our typesetting process for the catalog. You are expected to complete and submit this spreadsheet in its entirety.
  4. Send all required documents and a copy of the Federation Application Spreadsheet to CFCNCA by the Federation application deadline (Friday, January 25, 2013 by 5 pm).

How does CFCNCA handle questions concerning a Federation and/or Federation members’ applications?

All communication concerning your Federation or your member charities applications will be directed to the Federation. It will be the Federation's responsibility to follow-up with member charities to secure any incomplete and/or required missing information by requested deadlines (Friday, January 25, 2013 by 5 pm).
